摘  要:全英文课程建设对留学生的培养至关重要,本文以华中农业大学食品科学与工程研究生全英文课程体系建设为例,探讨全英文课程建设过程中的实践经验。华中农业大学建设了9门食品科学与工程研究生全英文课程,构建了一套"核心-热点-基础"并重的全英文课程体系;培养了一支老中青结合的全英文教学团队,并引进了3名国际专家常驻全英文教学团队。本课程体系的建设取得了良好的效果,积累了丰富的经验,树立了食品科学与工程全英文课程体系品牌,提高了留学生教学质量,提升了国际化教育水平。The development of English-language courses is very important for the training of international students.Taking the English curriculum system of Food Science and Engineering graduates in Huazhong Agricultural University as an example,this study aims to explore the practical experience in the development of English curriculum system.In this study,9 full-English postgraduate courses were developed by Huazhong Agricultural University,resulting in a set of"core-hotspot-base"full-English curriculum system.The English teaching team consisting of the teachers with different ages was built,and 3 international experts have been in the English teaching team.The course system has achieved good results,and rich experiences have been summarized.The brand of Food Science and Engineering English curriculum system has been established,and the teaching quality of international students has been improved,as well as the enhanced level of international education.
