摘　　要：本文阐述了职业能力的概念,分析了职业能力培养的重要意义,探讨了高职院校培养学生职业能力存在的若干问题,其中指出了教师的教学困境,最后提出了培养学生职业能力应采取的措施。This paper expounds the concept of professional ability,analyzes the importance of vocational ability training,and discusses some problems in the vocational ability of higher vocational colleges.It points out the teacher's teaching dilemma and finally puts forward the measures that should be taken in the cultivation of students'professional ability.
