摘  要:随着《中国制造2025》战略的实施,焊接制造领域经过"两化"深度融合的推动,朝着智能化、信息化制造转型。围绕清华大学基础工业训练中心材料成型实验室KUKA弧焊机器人焊接实践教学环节展开讨论,阐述探究式学习在弧焊机器人实践教学中的应用,包括课程设计、教学方案以及教学环境。通过实验、操作、收集、处理信息、交流等探究式学习,使学生不仅掌握KUKA弧焊机器人基本编程操作,还了解到焊接工艺参数对焊缝成形质量的影响,加强学生工程意识与探索精神。With the implementation of the"Made in China 2025"strategy,the field of welding manufacturing has been transformed into an intelligent,information-based manufacturing industry through the promotion of the deep integration of"two industries."The welding practice teaching links with KUKA arc welding robot in a material forming laboratory of fundamental industrial training center of Tsinghua University are discussed,and the application of inquiry learning in practical teaching of arc welding robot is expound,including curriculum design,teaching plan and teaching environment.Through inquiry learning such as experiment,operation,collection,processing information and communication,students can not only master the basic programming operation of KUKA arc welding robot,but also understand the influence of welding parameter on weld forming quality,aiming at strengthening students'engineering awareness and exploration spirit.
