摘  要:变革型领导是促进组织变革的有效领导模式。变革型领导在个体层面通过变革承诺中介变量,有效激发个体参与变革的行为意愿;在二元权力关系层面通过心理授权显著改善追随者的权力认知,为其深度参与组织变革提供能力支持;在组织整体层面通过帮助追随者形成开放意识和自我超越价值观,进而在组织内形成组织变革气候,为组织变革的成功实施提供持久保障。Transformational leadership is an effective leadership model to promote organizational change.At the individual level,transformational leaders effectively stimulate individual behavioral willingness to participate in change through mediator variable change commitment.At the level of dual power relations,transformational leaders significantly improve followers’power perception through psychological empowerment,thus providing support for their deep involvement in organizational change.At the overall level of the organization,transformational leaders help the followers form an openness to change and self transcend values,thereby forming an organizational change climate within the organization and providing lasting guarantees for the successful implementation of organizational change.
