橙油和桉树油溶剂对人牙周膜成纤维细胞增殖抑制作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:检测橙油和桉树油对人牙周膜成纤维细胞(h PDLFs)的增殖抑制作用。方法:通过组织块消化法获取并培养hPDLFs,应用倒置显微镜观察细胞形态;噻唑蓝方法检测不同浓度的橙油、桉树油及氯仿(阳性对照)对细胞增殖能力的影响。结果:浓度为0. 1%的橙油、桉树油及氯仿(对照)培养h PDLFs 1、6及12 h后,对其增殖能力无影响;浓度为1%的橙油、桉树油及氯仿对牙周膜成纤维细胞增殖有抑制作用,橙油抑制作用最低。结论:3种有机溶剂中橙油对h PDLFs增殖的影响最小。Objective:To explore the proliferation inhibition of orange oil and eucalytus oil on human periodontal ligament fibroblasts(hPDLFs).Methods:hPDLFs were in vitro cultured and observed under an inverted microscope.The effects of different concentrations of orange oil,eucalyptus oil and chloroform(the control)on the proliferation ability of hPDLFs were detected by MTT assay.Results:hPDLFs were obtained and identified by morphologcal observation.After treatment by orange oil,eucalyptus oil and chloroform at 0.1%for 1 h,6 h and 12 h respectively,the proliferation ability of the cells was not affected.The concentration of 1%of the agents inhibited the proliferation of the cells,orange oil showed the least effect.Conclusion:Orange oil has the smaller influence on the proliferation of hPDLFs than eucalytus oil and chloroform.
