摘  要:目的:明确青海汉族牙周病患者口腔微生物的多样性和种群分析。方法:纳入慢性牙周炎患者10例、正常人群5例,唾液样本共15例,用Illumina MiSeq测序平台进行细菌16S r RNA基因(V3-V4区)高通量测序,用Mothur软件分析微生物的群落结构和多样性。结果:基于97%的相似性类聚获得牙周病组和正常组的物种注释OTU数目分别为为60和14。牙周病组的优势菌属依次是Enterobacteriaceae unclassified、Pseudomonas、Acinetobacter、Bacillus、Aeromonadaceae unclassified、Neisseria、Haemophilus、Fusobacterium、Staphylococcus、Lactococcus。结论:青海汉族牙周病组的唾液微生物多样性与丰度明显高于正常组,可能与相关疾病的发生存在相关性。Objective:To clarify the microbial diversity and community of the patients with periodontitis in Han nationality in Xining,Qinghai province.Methods:10 cases with chronic periodontitis and 5 healthy subjects were enrolle.The saliva samples of the indivaduals were examined with high-throughput sequencing for the detection of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene(V3-V4 region)and by the Illumina MiSeq sequencing platform,the community structure and diversity of the microorganisms were analyzed by the Mothur software.Results:The number of Operational Taxonomic Unit(OTU)of disease group and normal group based on 97%similarity clustering was 60 and 14 respectively.The predominant bacteria of the disease group were Enterobacteriaceae unclassified,Pseudomonas,Acinetobacter,Bacillus,Aeromonadaceae unclassified,Neisseria,Haemophilus,Fusobacterium,Staphylococcus and Lactococcus.Conclusion:The diversity and abundance of salivary microbes in the chronic periodontitis patients of the Han nationality,Qinghai are significantly higher than those in the normal subjects,there may be some correlation with the occurrence of related diseases.
