摘  要:肿瘤放射治疗学是一门涉及多学科、多专业的临床医学学科,是一门专科性极强的临床课程。教学过程中,教师使命是调动学生积极性,激发和鼓励学生学习热情,在有限的课堂学习时间里增强学习效果,使学生掌握所学内容,达到学以致用的目的。然而传统教学是以教师为中心教学模式,难以发挥教育最大效率。微课是指通过精心的信息化教学设计,围绕某个知识点或教学环节开展的简短、完整的教学活动。文章通过分析肿瘤放射治疗学教学现状、教学中存在问题及可尝试的教学方法,进一步结合微课教学法的特点,探讨微课教学法在肿瘤放射治疗学教学中的应用价值。Radiation oncology is a multi-disciplinary,multi-professional clinical medicine,and a highly specialized clinical course.In the teaching process,the teachers'mission is to arouse students'the enthusiasm and encourage students'enthusiasm for learning.In the limited classroom time,to enhance learning effect and master the content they have learned so as to achieve the purpose of applying what they have learned.However,traditional teaching is a teaching mode of teacher centered,and it is difficult to give full play for the maximum efficiency of education.Micro-lecture is a short and complete teaching activity which is carried out around a certain knowledge point or teaching link through carefully informatization teaching design.This paper analyzes the current situation of tumor radiotherapy teaching,the problems in teaching and the teaching methods that can be tried,and further combines the characteristics of micro-teaching method to explore the application value of micro-teaching method in radiation oncology teaching.
