高校把握运用监督执纪“四种形态”的思考

摘　　要：从实践情况来看,高校在运用"四种形态"时还存不少问题,也可以说遇到一些困难,比如对责任主体认识还有些模糊,对第一种形态重视不够、把关不严,纪检干部的能力素质还没有完全适应"四种形态"的要求,配套的制度也不多等。如何准确理解和运用"四种形态",是持续推进高校全面从严治党向纵深发展的题中应有之义。In practice,when using the"four kinds of form"in colleges and universities also save a lot of problems,also encountered some difficulties,such as some fuzzy,to the knowledge and the main re sponsibility for the insufficient recognition of the first form,lax,the disciplinary inspection cadre's abili ty quality is still not fully adapt to the requirement of"four kinds of form",form a complete set of sys tem is relatively low,and so on.How to accurately understand and apply the"four forms"is the neces sary meaning of the problem of promoting the development of universities from strict party governing to deep and deep.
