现代学徒制背景下工匠精神指导校园文化建设的探析

摘　　要：随着产业结构的转型升级、供给侧结构性的调整,社会对于技术技能型人才的需求不断扩大,中国社会呼吁和期盼工匠精神的回归。工匠精神体现了匠人对行业的敬畏和热爱,对工作的精益求精和追求卓越,对事业的传承和创新。现代学徒制背景下,工匠精神指导高职校园文化建设,能够更好地推动师生文化素养的提升,不断丰富校园文化建设的内涵,让校园文化建设适应时代的需求。With the progressive transformation and upgrading of industrial structure as well as the adjustment of supply-side structure,the Chinese society needs more technical and skilled talents and calls for the return of craftsman spirit.The Craftsman spirit is an embodiment of ardent love for the industry and consistent pursuit of preeminence in the work on the part of the craftsmen.With the craftsman spirit served as the guidance of campus culture’s construction,connotations of campus culture will be further enriched,which is conducive to the improvement of culture qualities of both teachers and college students.
