摘 要:[目的]分析银杏外果皮中挥发油的化学成分组成并评价其体外抗氧化活性。[方法]采用溶剂冷浸法提取银杏外果皮中的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析挥发油化学组成,通过检测挥发油对DPPH和ABTS自由基的清除能力进行体外抗氧化活性的评价。[结果]从银杏外果皮挥发油中共鉴定出7种化合物,占挥发油总量的85.46%,其主要成分为酚类衍生物(75.98%)。挥发油的体外抗氧化活性检测显示,该挥发油对DPPH和ABTS自由基的半数清除浓度分别为4.23和2.36 mg/m L。[结论]银杏外果皮挥发油具有一定的体外抗氧化活性,该研究可为银杏外果皮的综合利用提供依据。[Objective]To analyze the chemical composition and evaluate the antioxidative activity of essential oil from sarcotesta of Ginkgo biloba.[Method]The essential oil was obtained by solvent extraction,and its chemical composition was analyzed by GC-MS.Antioxidative activity of the essential oil was evaluated by scavenging effect against DPPH and ABTS free radical.[Results]7compounds were identified,making up85.46%of the total contents,with predominance of phenol derivatives(75.98%).The IC50for scavenging effect of essential oil aganist DPPH and ABTS free radical were4.23and2.36mg/mL,respectively.[Conclusion]The essential oil from sarcotesta of G.biloba exhibits moderate antioxidative activity,and these results can provide basis for comprehensive utilization of the sarcotesta of G.biloba.
