摘 要:目的探讨一对一导师制度在我院儿科新护士中的应用情况。方法选取2015年1月1日至2015年12月31日在温州医科大学附属第二医院儿科上班的新护士78名,随机分为对照组39例(采用传统跟班带教方法)和观察组39例(采用一对一导师制带教方法 ),比较两组的带教效果。结果观察组理论知识、操作技能、应急能力等方面评分显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),带教总满意度明显高于对照组。结论采用一对一导师制带教模式,能够提高新护士理论知识水平和操作技能,提升应急能力,使其有归属感,从而提高儿科护理质量。Objective To explore the application of the one-to-one tutor system in new pediatric nurses in our hospital.Method A total of 78 new nurses working in the pediatrics department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from January 1,2015 to December 31,2015 were randomly divided into the control group(n=39)(using traditional class teaching)and the observation group(n=39)(using a one-to-one tutor system).The teaching effect in two groups was compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills and emergency response ability of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the total satisfaction with teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Using the one-to-one tutor system can improve the new nurses'theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and the emergency response ability,and help develop sense of belonging,so as to improve the quality of pediatric nursing care.
