摘 要:当前,基于高等教育质量提升的需求,我国大学教师专业发展已成为教师自身和学校发展面临的重要问题,以教学为中心的高校教师发展应运而生。文章试图从学习共同体视角阐释大学教师专业发展的内涵和意义,提出促进大学教师专业发展的有效策略。At present,based on the demand for improvement of higher education quality,the professional development of university teachers in China has become a problem for teachers themselves and schools,hence teaching-centered development of college teachers came into being.This article tries to explain the connotation and significance of the University Teachers'professional development from the perspective of the learning community,then proposes effective strategies to promote the University Teachers'professional development.
