摘 要:目的探讨重组教学在影像科护士培训中的应用效果。方法根据影像专科护理的工作性质和教学内容设置特征,按不同的权重将集中式理论授课、情景模拟教学、自我导向培训、分组头脑风暴讨论以及影像图像教授法进行重组,应用于影像科31名护士培训。结果培训前后护士理论与操作考核成绩、健康教育能力指标及4项护理质量指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),教学与科研业绩数量明显提高。结论重组教学用于影像科护士培训,能有效提高护士的理论深度、操作能力、教学与科研水平。Objective To explore the application effect of restructuring teaching in the training of nurses in imaging department.Me-thods According to the nature of the work and the characteristics of the teaching content of imaging specialty nursing,the teaching methods of theoretic teaching,scenario simulation teaching,self-directed training,group brainstorming discussion and video image teaching were restructured based on different weights,which were then used in the training of31nurses in imaging department.Results After the training,the nurses'theoretical and skill examination scores,their health education ability indicators and the4indicators of nursing quality were significantly different from those before the training(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the number of tea-ching and research achievements increased significantly.Conclusion Application of the restructuring teaching in the training for nurses in imaging department could improve their theoretical depth,skill ability,teaching and research level.
