摘　　要：基督教哲学元典精神中的本源观、善恶观、契约观在英语习语中得以充分展现,分析这些宗教色彩浓烈的习语,可以发现西方人崇尚的理性至上、终极关怀、自由平等、以人为本等文化思想对西方社会的公众道德、价值观念、审美情趣、思维方式等方面都产生了深远影响。The elements of Christian Philosophical Metaphorical Spirit,such as source view,outlook of good and evil,view of contract,have been fully expounded in English idioms.Through the analysis upon these daily idioms with profound religious components,it is found that the main worshiped western cultural thoughts like rational supremacy,ultimate concern,freedom and equality,people oriented have exerted great influence upon the public morals,values outlook,aesthetic taste,thinking mode in western societies.
