论地方高校图书馆复合型馆员的素质建设——以山西大同大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：信息技术高速发展为标志的时代背景要求高校图书馆拥有更多的复合型馆员来适应。通过问卷法和访谈法对山西大同大学图书馆员素质进行调查,发现目前存在的问题有:缺乏职业认同感,信息服务意识不强;缺乏图书馆学、情报学等专业训练,信息收集加工能力有所欠缺;馆员学历层次不高,信息服务链尚未完善等,研究提升图书馆员素质的途径,以期通过多种渠道来提高图书馆员整体服务的能力。The high-tech age marked by information technology requires university libraries to train more compound librarians to adapt to it.The quality of librarians in Datong University of Shanxi Province is investigated by means of questionnaire and interview.It is concluded that there is a lack of professional identity and a weak sense of information service.The librarians are generally lack of professional training in library science and information science,information collection and processing capacity.The education level of librarians is not high and the information service chain is not perfect,so the ways to improve the quality of librarians is put forward to improve the overall service ability of librarians.
