摘 要:在建构主义教育学的框架下诠释了教师信念的概念。针对大学青年英语教师的教师信念现状,以大连民族大学青年英语教师为调研对象,从教师对学生角色理解和教师对学习过程认知的视角进行问卷调查。结果表明:有70%的青年教师已经由教师为中心的教学模式转变为以学生为中心的教学模式。超过60%以上的教师认识到了学习是自我完善的过程,能够安排有利于促进学生个人学习能力提高的活动,但是相当一部分教师并没有将建构主义教学观彻底落实到实际教学中。从建立培训机制、改革评估机制和个体教师信念反思机制三方面提出建议。This paper discusses the concept of Teacher’s Belief and its importance in the teaching practice based on the teaching Constructivism theory.It analyses the teachers’belief of young college English teachers by investigating those in Dalian Minzu University.The investigation focuses on the teachers’interpretations of the students’role and learning process,which can probably reveal the potential individual Teacher’s Belief.According to the result,70%of the young college English teachers have changed from a teacher-centered teaching model to the student-centered teaching model.More than60%of the teachers recognize that learning is a process of self improvemen,and can arrange activities tyat are conductive to improve the sutdents’individual learning abilities.However,some of the teachers fail to fully undertake the teaching methodology of Constructivism practically.By making suggestion on developing Teacher’s Belief,this paper is particularly significant for the career development of young college teachers and the comprehensive development of college English teaching reform.
