摘 要:将光诱导化学蒸气发生技术应用到化学设计实验教学中,系统地训练学生查阅资料、设计实验方案、进行完整的实验操作等方面的能力。实验中对光诱导汞蒸气发生及原子荧光测定的影响因素进行了优化。采用甲酸作为反应介质,在优化的实验条件下,Hg2+的检出限为0.011μg/L;并应用于自来水及池水中汞含量的分析测定,加标回收结果令人满意。该方法操作简便、易于控制,无需使用强酸及不稳定还原剂,有机试剂使用量少,有利于提高学生的环保意识。The application of the photo-induced chemical vapor generation technology to the teaching of the chemical design experiment can systematically train students’ability to look up the references,design the experimental plans,complete the experimental operations,etc.The factors that influence the induction of the mercury vapor and the determination of atomic fluorescence are optimized in the experiment.The formic acid is used as the reaction medium,and the detection limit of Hg2+under the optimized experimental conditions is0.011μg/L.It is applied to the analysis and determination of the mercury in the tap water and pool water,and the result of recovery is satisfactory.This method is simple to operate and easy to control,and it does not need strong acid and unstable reductant with less use of organic reagent,which is beneficial for improving students’environmental awareness.
