摘  要:通过收集最新临床诊疗时的各类染色体核型,将其融入到医学遗传学实验教学当中。将临床医学一个班50人分为2组分别作为对照组和实验组,就实验教学模式、实验教学内容、分析和解决问题能力、师生互动和兴趣以及考试成绩进行对照分析。结果显示,融入临床最新收集的染色体核型,可提高学生对实验教学内容、模式的认可度,可增加学生对学习的兴趣,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,同时可以提高学生学习成绩,实验组与对照组相比具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。By collecting all kinds of chromosome karyotypes in the latest clinical diagnosis and treatment,the karyotypes are integrated into the experimental teaching of medical genetics.By dividing50students in a class of clinical medicine into two groups such as the control group and experimental group,the experimental teaching modes,experimental teaching content,analytical and problem-solving ability,teacher-student interaction,interest and examination results are compared and analyzed.The results show that integrating the newly collected chromosome karyotypes into the clinical practice can improve students’recognition of experimental teaching content and pattern,increase their interest in learning,improve their ability to analyze and solve problems,and enhance their academic performance.There is a significant difference(P<0.05)between the experimental group and the control group.
