摘  要:基于全国医教协同的背景,要求新招收的临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训并轨,并轨后更倾向于临床训练,使"专硕"医学科学研究训练时间受到压缩。在3年的有限培养期间内,确保"四证合一"研究生临床轮转时间的前提下,如何化解"规培"临床轮转与"专硕"科研培养的矛盾,是当前各大医学院校需要研究解决的重要课题。文章结合湖北省某高校的附属医院"四证合一"医学专业研究生培养现状,深入分析了现阶段在课程设置、轮转安排、考核管理等方面最突出的问题,探索发挥教办、导师、临床带教老师和各科室多方相互配合的"四证合一"优化模式,以期培养出临床与科研能力并重的医学专业研究生,满足新形势下医疗改革的需要。Based on the background of national medical education collaboration,the training of newly recruited medical postgraduates was required to carry out simultaneously with the standardization training of residents.Much more attention paid on the clinical skills so that the training time of"special master"on medical science researches had been compressed.Under the premise of ensuring the clinical rotation time of"four-in-one"during the limited training period of three years,how to resolve the contradiction between"regular training"clinical rotation and"special mastery"scientific research is the important issue for current medical colleges to thrash out.Combining with the status of"four-in-one"medical colleges in a hospital affiliated to a university in Hubei Province,the paper deeply analyzes the most prominent problems in curriculum setting,rotation arrangement and assessment management and explores the"four-in-one"optimization model among the teaching,tutor,clinical practice teachers and various departments to cultivate professional master's degree of medicine with equal clinical practice and scientific research ability to meet the demand of health care reform.
