摘　　要：为适应高等教育人才培养模式由"传授知识"向"全面素质教育"转变的形势,本科生遗传学实验教学应突破传统教学模式,有效整合实验教学体系,进行开放性实验教学管理、改善基础设施、完善考核制度等方面的改革,在传统遗传学实验的基础上推行新型教学形式。通过上述改革来提升遗传学实验教学的质量并获得更好的教学效果,为提高生物专业本科学生实践能力奠定基础。In order to adapt to the change of talent cultivation of higher education mode that is from "transfer knowledge" to "quality education", we try to break through the traditional teaching mode in genetics experiment teaching, and build the effective integration of experimental teaching system, open experimental teaching management, improve infrastructure and the appraisal system. The reform of new forms of teaching based on traditional genetic experiments will improve the quality of genetics experiment teaching and obtain better teaching results, and will lay the foundation for the undergraduate education of biology majors.
