摘  要:针对柔轮设计中高寿命、高承载能力的问题,以柔轮各部分圆角和波发生器为研究对象,在ANSYS中进行参数化建模,采用中心复合设计方法进行试验采样,并基于响应面法进行优化分析,选取了柔轮刚度和内壁、齿圈、杯底3处应力观测点为观测对象,得出了各圆角尺寸对应力和刚度的影响规律;分析结果表明,增大柔轮各倒角结构尺寸,能有效降低各处应力集中情况,提高柔轮刚度;在综合考虑柔轮应力与刚度变化情况的基础上,选取了柔轮设计最优的结构参数;为增加柔轮刚度,改善柔轮承载能力,在柔轮杯底设计了拔模特征,并对该结构进行了分析和优化;可以增大非标准椭圆凸轮波发生器短轴径向变形量以减小柔轮应力。Aiming at the design problem of high lifespan and high bearing capacity of flexspline,taking the fillets and generator as the research object,parametric model are performed in ANSYS by response surface method and the central composite design method is used for sampling.The stiffness and stress at three points are selected as observation objects and the influence law of each fillet parameter are obtained.The analysis results show that increasing the size of each fillet can effectively reduce the stress concentration in various places and increase the stiffness.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the stress and stiffness,the optimum structural parameters are selected.In order to increase the stiffness and improve the bearing capacity of the flexspline,the drafting feature is designed at the bottom of the flexspline,and the parameter is analyzed and optimized.The short axis radial deformation of the non-standard elliptical cam generator can be increased to reduce the stress.
