摘 要:为了进行双输入差速器加减速情况下的故障切换分析,推导了差速器双路工作和单路工作情况下的刚体动力学公式,并总结了规律。以此为基础,分析了单路工作(主备)和双路工作(主主)时的故障切换和模式分析。由分析结论可知,当输出侧负载只有摩擦负载时,由于摩擦负载始终与运动速度方向相反,这种特性使得不管切换路是否切换进来,摩擦负载始终为阻力而非动力,有助于故障通道减速制动。分析了四种故障切换方案,第一种故障切换方案始终为单路工作模式,单路工作的加速能力优于双路工作,切换方案不仅简单,而且故障切换时间短,建议采用第一种故障切换和模式方案。In order to analyze fault-switching of two input differential mechanism under conditions of acceleration and deceleration,the rigid-body dynamics formulae of planet differential mechanism are deduced theoretically when two inputs worked together and only one input worked.The laws of the formulae are summarized.Fault switching procedures and mode analyses are analyzed in conditions of one channel(master-alternate)and two channels(master-master).The analysis got the conclusion as follows.When there is only friction load at the output of the differential mechanism,it is deduced that direction of friction load is always opposite to the direction of velocity.This characteristic that friction load is resisting force but not dynamic force whether or not the switchover path is switched over.The characteristic contributes to deceleration braking of faulty channel.Four fault-switching schemes are analyzed.The first scheme is always single channel module.The accelerating capacity of one way is better than two ways.The switching procedure of the first scheme is simple.The switching time of the first scheme is short.Thus the first scheme is recommended.
