高校艺术社团繁荣校园文化的实效评价及建议

摘　　要：基于半结构化采访结果,利用层次分析法构建了高校艺术社团繁荣校园文化实效评价指标体系,再利用DELPHI法和YAAHP软件确定了指标的权重.利用模糊层次分析法对吉首大学张家界校区5个艺术社团进行评价,结果表明,音乐舞蹈协会繁荣校园文化的实效最好,加权综合评价值为85.015.为了更好地繁荣校园文化,建议开展优秀的主题活动,打造具特色的社团品牌,营造良好的人文环境,以及优化艺术社团的管理模式.Based on the results of semi-structured interviews and analytic hierarchy process principle,four criteria and19evaluation indexes were constructed to evaluate the performance of art societies in campus cultural prosperity.The DELPHI method and YAAHP software were used to determine the weight of the index.The fuzzy analytic hierarchical process was applied to evaluate the performance of the five art societies in Zhangjiajie campus of Jishou University.The results show that the performance of the Music and Dance Society was the best,the comprehensive weighted evaluation of which reached85.015.It is suggested that to prosper campus culture,art societies should organize more theme activities,create good humanity environment,and optimize management.
