摘  要:目的探讨子宫内膜癌中脯氨酸羟化酶(proline hydroxylase domain2,PHD2)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia-inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)蛋白表达与其临床病理参数的相关性。方法采用Envision法测定PHD2和HIF-1α蛋白在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增生症、子宫内膜癌组织中的表达。结果 PHD2阳性表达在子宫内膜癌组为32.5%,比正常子宫内膜组(100%,P<0.05)及子宫内膜增生症组(100%,P<0.05)显著低表达; HIF-1α阳性表达在子宫内膜癌组为67.5%,比正常子宫内膜组(15%,P<0.05)及子宫内膜增生症组(30%,P<0.05)显著高表达; PHD2、HIF-1α蛋白表达在子宫内膜癌FIGO分期及淋巴结转移方面有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 PHD2和HIF-1α表达情况可能与子宫内膜癌病程进展存在相关性。Objective To explore the relationships between the expressions of proline hydroxylase domain 2 and hypoxia-inducible factor-1αin endometrial carcinoma and its clinicopathological parameters.Methods The PHD2 and HIF-1αprotein expression in normal endometrium,endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma were detected by Envision.Results The positive expression rate of PHD2 in endometrial cancer group was32.5%,significantly lower than that in normal endometrial group(100%,P<0.05)and endometrial hyperplasia group(100%,P<0.05);Positive expression rate of HIF-1αin endometrial carcinoma group was 67.5%,significantly higher than that in normal endometrial group(15%,P<0.05)and endometrial hyperplasia group(30%,P<0.05);PHD2 and HIF-1α were statistically different in clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of endometrial carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of PHD2 and HIF-1αmaybe closely related to the progression of endometrial cancer.
