摘　　要：刘乃和先生是一位真正的教育家,研究她的教育思想,对高等教育特别是研究生教育有重要意义。她"博我以文教治学""约我以礼教做人"的思想,是与她对当时的学科建设、时代需要、学生实际相结合的硕士研究生培养目标的思考紧密联系在一起的,她独特的关爱品质以潜移默化的形式给学生终生学会做人以持续的影响。Liu Naihe is a true educator.Study of her educational thoughts is of great significance to higher education,especially postgraduate education.Her thoughts of"Study with culture and education"and"Be a person of etiquette"thought is closely related to her thinking about the discipline construction at that time,the needs of the times,the actual combination of students'training goals of the graduate students.Her unique quality of care in a subtle form has a lasting impact on students to learn to be a person for life.
