摘　　要：随着国家助学贷款制度的不断发展完善,建立一套行之有效的绩效评价指标体系已迫在眉睫。本文从我国助学贷款的实际情况出发,结合文献分析法与专家咨询法,基于绩效管理基本理论,依据公共部门绩效评价的4E原则构建了国家助学贷款制度绩效评价指标体系,从而为国家助学贷款制度的绩效管理提供基础支持。With the continuous development and improvement of the national student loan institution,it is urgent to establish an effective performance evaluation index system.Based on the basic theory of performance management and the4E principles of public sector performance evaluation,the performance evaluation index system of national student loan institution is established from the actual situation of our country,combining with the literature analysis and experts consultation methods,so as to provide basic support for the performance management of national student loan institution.
