转型发展下地方本科院校应用型课程建设探析

摘　　要：地方本科院校转型的核心是进行人才培养模式的改革,而人才培养模式的改革,改到深处是课程,改到难处是教师,积极推动应用型课程建设,是地方本科院校转型发展真正落地的基本途径;从构建应用型课程体系、深化应用型课程教学改革、完善应用型课程改革机制和保障条件三方面进行论述,提出应用型课程建设的思路。The core of the transformation of local universities is the reform of talent training mode,and the biggest challenge of which is the reform of curriculum and teachers.To promote the construction of application-oriented curriculum is the basic way for the transformation development of local universities.This paper discusses the construction of application-oriented curriculum system from the aspects of deepening teaching reform,perfecting mechanism and improving basic conditions.
