供给侧结构性改革背景下的高校后勤文化建设

摘　　要：概念虚无化、标准同质化、过程碎片化、评价形式化等问题,制约了高校后勤文化建设。在供给侧结构性改革背景下,应从加强制度供给、引领改革方向的角度,推进高校后勤文化建设。主要措施有:第一,加强队伍建设,优化服务质量;第二,加强环境建设,提升育人品质;第三,加强载体创新,丰富育人形式;第四,加强思政教育,培养责任意识;第五,加强文化宣传,营造育人氛围。Many problems such as the concept of nihility,standard homogenization,process fragmentation and formal evaluation problems,restricting the construction of college logistic culture.Under the background of the supply side structural reform,we should promote college logistic culture through strengthening the system supply and leading the direction of reform.Main measures are:In the first place,strengthen team supply and optimize service quality.In the second place,strengthen environmental construction and enhance the quality of education.In the third place,strengthen carrier innovation and rich educational form.In the fourth place,strengthen ideological and political education and develop a sense of responsibility.In the fifth place,strengthen publicity and create atmosphere for education.
