摘　　要：医务人员在实践中经常会遇到患者处于某种紧急情况,而需要立即给予紧急医疗急救措施以挽救患者生命。紧急情况如何处理,目前我国并没有明确的界定。在临床实际工作中,医务人员可能遇到侵入性操作、知情同意等伦理问题。基于此,建议医疗机构和医务人员在处理紧急情况时,应该遵循有利原则、不伤害原则、公正原则、尊重自主原则,以保证患者的生命健康为首要任务,这样才能促进紧急情况下医疗急救措施的及时实施,同时使得其更符合伦理学要求。In practice,medical staff often encounter patients in an emergency,and need to give emergency medical first aid measures immediately to save patients'lives.How to deal with emergencies is not clearly defined in China at present.In clinical practice,medical staff may encounter ethical problems such as invasive operation,informed consent.Based on this,this paper suggests that medical institutions and medical staff should follow the principles of beneficence,the principle of non-harm,the principle of justice and the principle of respecting autonomy when dealing with emergencies,to ensure the life and health of patients is the primary task.So as to promote the timely implementation of medical emergency measures in emergency,and make it more in line with ethical requirements.
