摘　　要：本文对电气信息类大学生学科竞赛的组织、管理方法进行探讨,提出了指导教师与有经验老生结合带队的训练与竞赛管理办法,从竞赛宣传、选拔与淘汰机制等方面介绍了学科竞赛组织方法,从学校、学院、指导教师、学生等几方面介绍了组织管理经验和人才培养方法。With10years'experience in organization and management of the competition of college students majoring in electrical and information engineering,we discuss the methods involved through the analysis of the characteristics of the discipline and the competition.The propaganda,selection and elimination mechanisms are introduced,as well as the participants,including the school,college,teachers,and the students.Ten years of discipline competition results demonstrate the effectiveness of the organization and management methods.
