摘  要:本研究旨在探明大蒜素对蜜蜂白垩病的病原菌蜜蜂球囊菌在体外的抑菌和杀菌活性。试验以蜜蜂球囊菌为受试菌,采用琼脂倍比稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC),采用琼脂培养基法测定最小杀菌浓度(MBC),测试大蒜素对蜜蜂球囊菌的体外抑菌和杀菌活性。结果表明,大蒜素对蜜蜂球囊菌的MIC为12.0mg/mL,MBC为24.0mg/mL。证实大蒜素在体外对蜜蜂球囊菌具有较好的抑菌和杀菌作用。Objectives were to document effects of allitridi on the bacteriostatic and bactericidal activity of Ascosphaera apis was selected as experimental Strains in our study.The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of allitridi against A.apis were determined by agar dilution method and agar mediummethod respectively.It was shown in the study that MIC of allicin is indicated as12.0mg/mL and MBC of allicin is indicated as24.0mg/mL.This study provides the necessary information to confirmthat allitridi has a better antibacterial and bactericidal effect on A.apis in vitro.
