摘　　要：工匠精神代表一种追求极致的精神,耐心、专注、坚持的精神,是职业精神的最高境界,国内通常把它描述为一种精益求精的工作态度与责任,以及追求尽善尽美的价值观,国外则视为把事业做好的志业精神。新加坡政府十分重视这种"志业精神"的培养,一直把人才视为国家"第一资源",以"全球视野+服务国家+以生为本"的"全人精英教育"办学理念,灵活创新的教育教学管理模式与方法,"教学工厂""CDIO""PBL"和ITE实境教学等独具特色的教学模式,在全社会厚植"工匠文化",以"无界化、国际化、信息化"作为激发国人把事情做好的驱动力,并在新加坡理工学院、工艺教育学院等职业院校大力培育学生的"志业精神"。Craftsmanship spirit represents a kind of mentality,patience,concentration and perseverance in pursuit of perfection.It is the highest realm of vocational spirit,which is generally described at home as a kind of working attitude and responsibility of making perfection and a kind of value in pursuit of quality acme,while it is regarded abroad as the professional aspiration to get things well done.Singapore government attaches great importance to cultivation of this kind of professional aspiration and has been regarding talents as the first national resource.It takes“No Boundary,Internationalization and Information”as the driving force to excite people to get things well done and profoundly cultivates“Craftsmanship Culture”in the whole society,with the school-running concept of“Omni-talent Elite Education”which means“global vision+serving the country+Student-based”,by means of and in the mode of flexible and creative education,teaching and management,and following such unique teaching models of“Teaching Plant”,“CDIO”,“PBL”and ITE realistic environment education etc.It also applies plenty of resources and force to cultivate“Professional Aspiration”in such vocational schools and colleges as Singapore Polytechnic and Institute of Technical Education etc.
