合理情绪调控对头皮静脉输液成功率的影响

摘　　要：目的对儿科年轻护士实施合理情绪调控后,探讨其对头皮静脉输液成功率的影响。方法在对儿科年轻护士工作压力源调查的基础上,将儿科自然划为2个病区,对1病区的年轻护士不做任何情绪调控;针对2病区年轻护士工作中存在的压力,采用多种途径来进行情绪调控和压力缓解,观察两个病区1年来的头皮静脉输液1次成功率。结果 1病区年轻护士头皮静脉1次输液成功率为79%,2病区年轻护士1次输液成功率为91.7%;两病区1次输液的成功率经统计学分析,1病区明显低于2病区,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对儿科年轻护士的心理压力采用合理的情绪调控后,可增强年轻护士的自信,提高其头皮静脉输液成功率,从而提高护理工作效率。Objective To implement reasonable emotional regulation for pediatric young nurses,discusses their impact on the success rate of scalp vein infusion.Methods In the pediatric young nurses work pressure,on the basis of investigations into the source of the pediatric nature is divided into two units,young of1ward nurses don't do any emotion regulation;For ward 2 young nurses work in pressure,Uses the many kinds of ways to emotional regulation and stress relief,observe two units1years one time success rate of scalp vein infusion.Results1young ward nurses scalp vein infusion success rate was79%,ward 2 young nurse one infusion rate is91.7%;Two units1infusion success rate after statistics analysis,significantly less than 2 ward,ward1,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions For pediatric young nurses'psychological pressure after adopting reasonable emotional regulation,can enhance the confidence of the young nurses,improve the success rate of scalp vein infusion,so as to improve the efficiency of nursing work.
