摘  要:针对幼儿园教师在个案观察中出现的常见问题,南京市逸仙小学附属幼儿园提出了幼儿"三要素"个案观察法:观察内容聚焦某个时间段幼儿自主、专注的学习,发现其中的价值和意义;精准分析幼儿行为链,积"小"成"多",慢慢绘出一个丰满的、整体发展、富有独特个性的儿童;提出具体、有效、清晰、便于落地实施的支持策略,以帮助教师达到较高质量的个案观察效果。In view of the common problems with kindergarten teachers’case observation,our school has proposed the case observation method of children’s three elements:observation contents focus on children’s autonomous and attentive learning at some periods of time to find the values and significance;precisely analyzing children’s behavior chains little by little helps to portray children full of overall development and uniqueness;and proposing concrete,eff ective,defi nite,practical supporting strategies help teachers achieve the high-quality observation.
