摘 要:采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体法对中国、欧盟、日本共220份小麦粉制品中铝元素含量进行检测分析。分析结果显示,来自中国、欧盟、日本的样品中,只有日本的样品铝元素含量均在欧盟的临时限量规定10 mg/kg以下,其中中国、欧盟的样品中铝元素含量超过10 mg/kg的占比分别为14.29%、11.11%。中国的小麦粉制品中铝元素含量为0.588~20.5 mg/kg,欧盟的小麦粉制品中铝元素含量为1.58~49.5 mg/kg,日本的小麦粉制品中铝元素含量为1.67~4.14 mg/kg。另外对中国5个省份的小麦粒进行测定,其铝元素的含量与相应的小麦粉制品中含量相当。The content of aluminum in wheat flour products from 220 parts of China,EU and Japan was detected by microwave digestion-ICP-MS.The results showed that only aluminum content in Japan was under the provisional limit of 10 mg/kg in EU.And the proportion of aluminum from China and EU exceeded 10 mg/kg was 14.29%and 11.11%,respectively.The content of aluminum in China's wheat flour products was 0.588-20.5 mg/kg,the content of aluminum in the European wheat flour products was 1.58-49.5 mg/kg,and the content of aluminum in Japanese wheat flour products was 1.67-4.14 mg/kg.In addition,the wheat grains in five provinces of China were measured,and the content of aluminum was equal to that of the corresponding wheat flour.
