摘  要:"一日为师,终身为父"是对中国传统师生关系的真实写照,具有等级性、依附性、工具性和道德性等特性。这一师生关系隐喻有着合理的内涵。然而,传统师生关系隐喻在当下教育实践中陷入了时代的困境:教师霸权;教师隐身。为此,需要从3个方面实现这则传统师生关系隐喻的转型:互相尊重;共生共长;以学生的发展为本。The Chinese old saying"one day as a teacher,one life as a father"mirrors the traditional teacher-student relationship in China,which features hierarchical,dependent,instrumental and moral.Reasonable as it is to some extent,the traditional teacher-student relationship metaphor has stuck in the dilemma in the current educational practice:the teacher′hegemony and the teachers′invisibility.Therefore,it is necessary to tranform peoples′awareness to this traditional teacher-student relationship metaphor from the following three aspects:mutual respect harmonious co-existence,student-oriented concept.
