摘  要:随着科技和经济的持续进步,玉米原料已经逐渐成为我国十分重视的研究对象之一。针对玉米原料的工艺和浓度展开分析,在早期的工作中,采用传统的工艺形式,很容易造成物料的液化难度变高,而如果选择采用生料工艺的方式,则可以有效解决这一问题。主要阐述玉米原料超高浓度酒精发酵的历史,探讨传统工艺和生料工艺的差别,并分析了产量较高的原因。With the continuous advancement of technology and economy,the research of corn raw materials has gradually become one of the objects that our country attaches great importance to.In the analysis of the process and concentration of corn raw materials,in the early work,the traditional process form is very easy to cause the liquefaction of the material to become more difficult,and if the raw material process is chosen,the problem can be effectively solved.This article will describe the history of ultra-high concentration alcohol fermentation of corn raw materials,explore the differences between traditional and raw material processes,and analyze the reasons for higher yields.
