摘　　要："演讲与口才"是众多高职院校经常性开设的一门面向全校学生的公共选修课。教学中面临的主要问题:复杂的生源组成,以及学生不同的选课动机、消极的学习态度和薄弱的口才基础,需要从目标、兴趣、心理、思维等方面采取相应的课堂教学实训策略,在此基础上形成一定的实训教学模式并加以优化,以提高课程实效,提升学生口语表达水平。“Speech and eloquence”is a public elective course that many vocational colleges regularly open to all students.The main problems in teaching:complex student composition,students'different motivations,negative learning attitudes and weak eloquence foundations,need to adopt corresponding classroom teaching strategies from the perspectives of goals,interests,psychology,and thinking.On this basis,a certain training mode is formed and optimized to improve the effectiveness of the course and improve the oral expression level of students.
