摘 要:ISO9000族标准已逐渐运用于教育界,但当前考察继续教育质量较常用的方式依然是评估、评价、考试、考核、控制等,导致继续教育质量管理过程中因标准不一而存在差异。ISO9000族标准因其具有能够客观评价教育质量、提高继续教育认可度等优势,有必要被引入继续教育质量保障体系中。但在引入的同时应注意概念界定问题、特色办学理念与规范化管理的冲突等问题。最后本文给出该标准运用中的建议,以期为后续研究提供参考。The ISO9000 family standard has gradually been applied to the education sector.However,the current examining methods for quality of continuing education are still evaluation,examination,assessment,and control,which lead to differences in standards for quality management in continuing education.The ISO9000 family standard needs to be introduced into the continuing education quality assurance system because it has the advantages of being able to evaluate the quality of education objectively and improve the recognition of continuing education.However,during its introduction,attentions should be paid to problems of concept definition,the conflict between characteristics of running a school and the standardization management.Finally,the paper puts forward certain recommendations in the application of the standard,in order to provide references for subsequent research.
