摘 要:为了研究某特种车辆的整车动力学性能,基于动力学仿真软件Truck Sim建立了整车模型.对车辆进行了蛇行工况、小坡度正弦波路面、大坡度凸起路面的仿真试验.通过车体侧向加速度、侧倾角、横摆角速度及垂向加速度等指标,详细评价了车辆的操纵稳定性及平顺性.结果表明,该车型具有良好的动力学性能,可满足典型工况的行驶安全性要求.In order to study the dynamic performance of a special vehicle,a full vehicle model based on the dynamic simulation software TruckSim is built.The performance of the vehicle under the working conditions of slalom maneuver,sloping sine wave pavement,protruding pavement with large slope is studied through simulation.Using lateral acceleration,roll angle,yaw rate and vertical acceleration of vehicle body as indexes,the handling stability and ride comfort of the vehicle are evaluated in detail.The results show that the vehicle has a good dynamic performance and can assure the running safety under typical conditions.
