摘 要:针对目前既有铁路路基加固的缺点,综合高压旋喷技术和水平定向钻进技术的优点,提出沿线路纵向且不干扰行车的既有铁路路基加固技术。采用护筒支撑同步跟进的方式对路基进行旋喷加固,能够避免高压泥浆对道砟和基床表层的破坏,从而达到路基浅部加固的目的。通过定向钻进技术,准确跨越路基病害区段,对病害区进行精准加固。详细叙述了该加固技术的设计方法以及加固工艺。现场试验表明加固效果良好。In view of the shortcomings of existing railway subgrade reinforcement technology,the advantages of high-pressure rotary jet technology and horizontal directional drilling technology are integrated,and the existing railway subgrade reinforcement technology along the line without disturbing the operation is proposed.Rotary jet is used with the method of pile casting to support the synchronous follow-up.It may avoid the damage of the high-pressure mud to the ballast and the surface of the bed,so as to achieve the purpose of the shallow reinforcement of the subgrade.Through the directional drilling technology,the diseased area is accurately spanned and reinforced.In this paper,the design method and the reinforcement technology are demonstrated in details.The f ield test verif ied the reinforcement effect.
