摘  要:结合朔黄铁路开行KM96型30 t轴重重载列车试验,应用车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论和SIMPACK多体动力学软件,建立30 t轴重货车车辆仿真模型,研究不同轨道几何不平顺条件下的列车动力性能以及运营安全性能。基于国内铁路开展的30 t轴重列车动力性能试验,设置高低和轨向2种类型的轨道不平顺,结合现场测试结果对仿真模型进行了验证与优化,进而分析了30 t轴重重载列车在不同不平顺波长下的动力学响应,得出了轨向、高低、三角坑等轨道不平顺指标的敏感波长。研究列车在敏感波长为10 m时,直线、曲线上单项以及逆向复合不平顺条件下的动力学响应,结合30 t轴重列车运行安全性能指标的变化趋势,提出了30 t轴重条件下重载铁路轨道几何不平顺的限速管理值,其中高低26 mm,轨向22 mm,水平26 mm,三角坑18 mm,逆向复合不平顺19 mm。Based on f ield test of KM 96 30 t axle load heavy haul train running on Shuohuang(Shenchinan-Huanghuagang)railway,simulation model of 30 t axle load heavy haul train was established by using vehicle-track coupling dynamics theory and SIMPACK multi-body dynamics software.The dynamic performance and operational safety of the train under different track geometry irregularities were studied in this paper.Two types of track irregularities such as vertical irregularity and alignment irregularity were set up.Combined with field test results,the simulation model was verif ied and optimized,then the dynamic performance of 30 t axle load heavy haul train was analyzed,so as to obtain the sensitive wavelength of alignment irregularity,vertical irregularity and twist irregularity,and so on.The paper studied the dynamic response of the train to different amplitudes of single irregularity and reverse composite irregularity in straight and curve line when the sensitive wavelength was 10 m.Considering the change trend of the safety performance index of 30 t axle load train,the speed restriction management values of track geometry irregularities of heavy haul railway under the condition of 30 t axle load were proposed,including the vertical irregularity 26 mm,the alignment irregularity 22 mm,the level irregularity 26 mm,the twist irregularity 18 mm,and the reverse composite irregularity 19 mm.
