大思政格局下提高高职院校学生人文素质的途径研究--以新疆高职院校为例

摘　　要：通过问卷调查,对大思政格局下新疆高职院校学生的人文素质状况进行分析总结,并分析当前新疆高职院校人文素质教育存在的问题,从而通过对人文素质教育的正确定位,优化人文课程设置,提升教师队伍水平,提高校园人文氛围,加强新疆高职院校学生的人文素质教育,提高学生的人文涵养与综合素质等方面探讨出大思政格局下提高当前新疆高职院校学生人文素质的途径。This article through the questionnaire survey,analyzes and summarizes the humanistic quality of Vocational College Students in Xinjiang under big ideological and political situation,and analyzes the present humanistic quality education of Higher Vocational Colleges in Xinjiang.This article offers the way to improve the humanistic quality under big ideological and political pattern through the correct positioning of the humanistic quality education,the cuniculum setting optimization,enhancing the level of Teachers,improving the campus cultural atmosphere,strengthening the humanistic quality education of Higher Vocational Colleges Students in Xinjiang,improving the students'Humanities and the comprehensive qualities of the students and so on.
