摘　　要：教育实习是高校学生培养的必备环节,是影响实习效果及入职适应的关键因素,是培养学生专业能力的重要环节,是实现人才培养目标的重要途径。而目前学前教育专业学生在实习期间存在各种各样的问题与困惑,不仅影响实习效果,甚至会影响其职业情感的培养。因此重视学生的教育实习是目前高校学前教育专业学生能力培养的当务之急。As a necessary link in the training of college students'professional ability,education practice is a key factor that affects the effectiveness of internship and the adjustment of entry into the job,and it is also an important way to achieve the goal of talent training.At present,there are a variety of problems and perplexities in preschool education students during the internship period,which not only affect the internship effect,but even affect the cultivation of their professional emotions.Therefore,paying attention to students'education practice is an urgent task for preschool students'ability training.
