摘  要:为满足大批量自动化尺寸检测需求,设计了基于双目视觉的蝶形弹簧三维尺寸检测方法。以双目工业相机采集图像数据,利用K均值聚类将碟簧图像按照灰度值和灰度梯度聚类,精确获得椭圆轮廓。提出双目轮廓特征模板匹配方法和主动匹配点生成算法,在双目轮廓描述向量距离相近的约束下,沿轮廓偏离一定角度生成匹配点,实现轮廓稳定三维重建。蝶形弹簧内外径为椭圆轮廓极限距离,高度为顶圆到测量平面距离。实验结果表明:双目视觉测量误差小于0. 02mm,满足蝶形弹簧尺寸自动化测量需求。In views of the size requirements of the mass automatic detection,this paper designs a3d size detection system for disc spring with binocular vision sensing.The image data is collected with a binocular CCD vision sensor.The K-means clustering is used to cluster the disc spring image according to the gray value and grayscale gradient,and the ellipse contour is obtained accurately.An algorithm of template matching and active matching point generation is proposed.The matching points are generated from a certain angle along the contour under the close proximity constraint of the binary outline description vector.The3d reconstruction of the contour is achieved steadily.The inner and outer diameters of the butterfly spring are separately the limit distance of the elliptical contours,and the height is the distance between top plane and measurement plane.The experimental results show that the error of the binocular vision measurement is less than0.02mm,the method meets the need of automatic disc spring measurement.
