摘　　要：校企合作是符合高职教育规律的人才培养核心路径,是培养适应生产、建设、服务、管理一线的应用型人才的必经之路,本文采用案例研究方法,基于利益相关者理论,试图利用该理论指导校企合作综合成效评价,对优化校企合作模式提出策略建议。School-enterprise cooperation is the core path of talent cultivation in line with the law of higher vocational education and the only way to cultivate applied talents adapted to production,construction,service and management.Based on Stakeholder Theory and case study method,this paper attempts to use this theory to guide the evaluation of comprehensive effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation and puts forward strategic suggestions to optimize school-enterprise cooperation.
