摘 要:在高职教学中,亲验式教学法被应用于"现代食品企业管理"课程中,不仅提升了课程教学质量,而且可结合多种创新教学方法,激发了学生的学习热情,使之更积极主动地投入到实践活动中,全面提升教学实效性。本文通过对亲验式教学法在高职"现代食品企业管理"课程中的应用展开分析,以提供全新的教学体验,加强学生对理论知识的理解,提升其实践应用能力。In higher vocational education,the pro experience teaching method is applied in the course of modern food enterprise management.It not only improves the teaching qualityeffectively,but also stimulates students’enthusiasm for learning under the combination of various innovative teaching methods,so that they can actively participate in practical activities,thus comprehensively improving the teaching quality.Teaching effectiveness.Therefore,through the application analysis of the experiential teaching method in the course of modern food enterprise management in Higher Vocational colleges,we hope that we can provide students with a new teaching experience,strengthen the understanding of theoretical knowledge,and further enhance their practical application ability.
