摘  要:高职院校的绩效考评在很大程度上关系到高职院校的教学质量,科学合理的绩效考评有利于激励全体教育工作者的工作热情。近年来,随着我国教育体制改革的逐渐深入,为了能够有效提高我国高职院校的教育水平,对高职院校的绩效考评工作逐渐加大了关注力度。目标管理在高职院校绩效考评中得到了普及与应用,但是还存在一些问题。因此,应对目标管理在高职院校绩效考评中的实际运用现状给予足够的关注。The performance appraisal of higher vocational colleges is related to the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges to a great extent.Scientific and reasonable performance appraisal is conducive to stimulating the enthusiasm of all educators.In recent years,with the gradual deepening of China’s education system reform,in order to effectively improve the level of education in Higher Vocational colleges,the performance evaluation of higher vocational colleges has gradually increased its attention.Target management has been popularized and applied in performance evaluation of Higher Vocational colleges,but there are still some problems.Therefore,we should pay enough attention to the actual application of target management in performance evaluation of Higher Vocational colleges.
