摘　　要：这篇论文提出并证明了一个可据以发现和证明某些渐近公式的基础性定理,并利用这个定理证明了两种不同形式的斯特林公式,证法简明易懂.论文还对这一基础性定理作了简短的讨论.An elementary theorem is presented and proved,through which some asymptotic formulas can be found and proved;by using this elementary theorem,two types of I.Stirling’s formula are proved,the proof is simple and comprehensible;and at the end of the paper,a short discussion about the elementary theorem is proposed.
