摘 要:基于教学事故认定与处理的制度文本,简要分析了当下高校教学事故认定及其处理的一般方式。在此基础上通过若干案例重点诠释了教学事故的不当认定与处理对当事教师的教学信用、教学自由和专业发展等的可能损害。最后从教师权益保护的立场提出了教学事故认定与处理的改进策略:稳步推进教学事故处理的法治化;基于多方制衡创新事故认定制度;健全教学事故处罚申诉与复议制度。Based on the text of the system of identifying and dealing with teaching accidents,this paper briefly analyzes the general ways of identifying and dealing with teaching accidents in colleges and universities.On this basis,through a number of cases,this paper focuses on the possible damage to the teachers'teaching credit,teaching freedom and professional development caused by the improper identification and handling of teaching accidents.Finally,from the standpoint of protection of teachers'rights and interests,the paper puts forward the improvement strategies of identifying and dealing with teaching accidents:Steadily promoting the rule of law in dealing with teaching accidents,innovating the system of identifying accidents based on multi-checks and balances,and perfecting the system of appealing and reconsidering punishment for teaching accidents.
